Tura Amo’s Toyota Estima

This thing is crazy in a lot of ways..

He tells me the current trend, as I’m sure you all know, in Japan is to run wheels and tires that fit with over fenders to be hellaflush. But, as I’ve also always liked, he is running “Sendai Style” which is lowering the car as far as you can and running huge wheels but keeping the stock fenders and body work (no over fenders).

When I think of “modified vehicles in Japan” this is the type of insane stuff that comes to mind. All of the things mentioned below in the Car Setup are completely one-off! The body of this Estima has been extremely modified to fit the extreme lowered height while running these big wheels perfectly! Not only has be kept this van in great shape, he’s always completely refurbished the OZ Futuras which is a great touch! Due to how low it sits, he can only make long sweeping or the wheels rub the fenders..
